  • Used approximately 7 sq ft Pfaudler shell and tube heat exchanger, carbon steel tubes, shell and bonnet, U-tube design, with (16).75" diameter U-tubes, rated 150 psi at 400 f, shell rated 150 psi at 400 f, serial# R391-1969, national board# 46635, built 1991.

  • Used 3 liter GL Filtration conical mixer dryer, model CD80-3, Hastelloy C22 construction, rated .5 bar and full vacuum at -35/+150 c internal, jacketed for 2.5 bar at -35/+150 c, 20-200 rpm screw speed, 1.6-16 rpm orbit speed, under driven with .37 kw motor drive, 2" outlet with discharge plug, flat hinged top, with external stainless steel condenser, on base, serial# C0135-1, built 2007.

  • Used 29" Bowen tower spray dryer system, model 1, stainless steel construction, with approximately 29" diameter x 72" high, cone bottom drying chamber, fountain nozzle atomizer, gas fired burner, cyclone fines collector, dust collector, 3 hp blower, with controls, Bowen serial# BE-1452.

  • Used Novasep, model LC 150.700.VE70, chromatography Reactor System, Avins Fabricating Co. vessel rated for 50 PSI at 120 degrees, national board # 400, prop agitator.

  • Used 200 liter Feldmeier reactor body, 316L stainless steel construction, 27" diameter x 27" straight side, removable dish top, dish bottom, rated 45 psi and full vacuum at 302 f internal, jacketed for 100 psi and full vacuum at 302 f, serial# 4671-AX1, national board# 1000, built 1996.

  • Used GEA Westfalia decanter centrifuge, model RCE 205-01-02, stainless steel bowl and housing, 5500 max bowl speed, 3.0/100c kg/cu decimeters solids, with back drive motor, serial# 2007-633, built 2011.

  • Unused Cytiva bioreactor system, model XDR-500. Includes workstation controller and temperature control chiller unit, serial# 29708712.

  • Used 50 liter Pope bioreactor, 316L stainless steel construction, approximately 16" diameter x 18" straight side, removable dish top, dish bottom, rated 100 psi and full vacuum at 350 f internal, jacketed for 100 psi at 350 f, top mounted .25 DC agitator drive, (4) baffles, mounted on cart with lift lift assist, serial# 140243-4-1, built 2006.

  • Used Carr Centritech single use centrifuge separation system, model Unifuge, anodized hard coated T6061 AL bowl, approximately 140mm diameter, 1.8 liter capacity, 6200 max rpm, 3003 g force at bowl wall, 1 hp bowl motor, 0.1 - 4 liter/minute flow rate, jacketed housing, integrated peristaltic feed pump with .5 hp motor, with Allen-Bradley controls and PanelView Plus 1000 HMI, 115 volt, CE rated, serial# 748, built 2018,

  • Used Freund Vector spray dryer system, model VSD-800, stainless steel construction, 800mm diameter chamber, cone bottom, two fluid nozzle atomizer, electrically heated with 6.5kw heater, cyclone fines collector and dust filter, 3 hp blower, 230 volt, serial# SD-106, built 2021.

  • Used 79 gallon (300 liter) Inox reactor, stainless steel construction, approximately 24" diameter x 34" straight side, dish lid top with dish bottom, jacket and interior rated 30 psi and full vacuum at 300 F, 6" top access, with (1) 4", (1) 3", (2) 2" and (2) 1.5" nozzles on top, with bottom entering magnetic agitator, .75 hp with controls, 1.5" center bottom outlet, with load cells, all on portable frame, serial# 95011-2, CRN# K82555, built 1995.

  • Used CEPA High-Speed Tubular Centrifuge, model Z41, serial# 410 48739, built 2014.
