X-Class High Performance Fittings

CHEM SHOW '99--Fibercast introduces its new line of X-Class High Performance Fittings. This line of fittings provides an extra margin of safety in conditions of high pressure, high temperature and both acidic and alkaline corrosion. X-Class fittings can be combined with Fibercast Centricast CL-2030 vinyl ester pipe to form an X-Class High Performance Piping System, which delivers optimal corrosion resistance and mechanical properties under extreme process fluid applications.

All X-Class fittings are tested to ASTM standards, and can accommodate pressures of 250 to 500 psi, and temperatures up to 200°F. Fittings are available in sizes ranging from 1 to 8 in., in a variety of types including blind flanges, 45° and 90° elbows, flanges, tees, concentric reducers and couplings. Butt-wrap and standard adhesive socket versions are available.
