Pfaudler Inc.mniVap pilot plant Wiped Film Evaporator System, available in sizes of 1.2 and 4.2 sq. ft, is a stainless steel system that can be utilized as a high vacuum/short path evaporator, vacuum column reboiler, or high viscosity evaporator. The high vacuum/short path evaporator distills high MW and heat-sensitive materials, while the high viscosity evaporator handles more difficult applications. As a vacuum column reboiler, the system is designed to minimize pressure drop and reflux distillates without pumps. Convertible in less than 30 min, it is available in three standard modular systems.
