Waukesha Bearings acquires Federal-Mogul RPB

Deal to unite Federal Mogul RPB and Waukesha Bearings Creates a New Global Leader in the Hydrodynamic Bearing Industry.

Waukesha Bearings Corporation today announced that it has acquired Federal-Mogul RPB (FM RPB) formerly known as Glacier Rotating Plant Bearings, a UK-based specialist engineering company providing hydrodynamic and magnetic bearing products and services tailored to customers' needs in the power generation, oil/gas, chemical and industrial markets. Waukesha Bearings Corporation is a subsidiary of Dover Diversified Corporation and Dover Corporation.

Federal-Mogul RPB is an engineering and manufacturing company with a longstanding reputation for technological innovation and engineering excellence - and is generally regarded as the market's "technology leader."
