The Vector 33 provides ease of use with built in intelligence, plus high performance, reliability, and expandability. The instrument consists of sealed, desiccated compartments that have individual hinged, purge tight lids for access to all optical components for fast and easy exchange. Optical components and Quick- Lock accessories are Intelli-Sense coded for instant recognition by the spectrometer, and automatic experimental set-up. All optical components are on pre-aligned mounts for reproducible exchange, and the Rocksolid permanently aligned interferometer does not require any realignment after the beamsplitter is changed. It has an optional external beam port and with he addition of the Beambender(tm) module up to 4 external beam ports are available for adding external modules. Expansion into the NIR region also allows the use of any of the company's line of NIR sampling accessories. High sensitivity and stability provide low detection limits and ensure accurate and reproducible analysis on a daily basis.
The system comes equipped with full on line diagnostics and instrument self test routines, and the company's OPUS software contains data security features for GLP compliance. These features provide the user with the necessary tools for validation and ISO requirements.
