Tylok
In the mid 1940's, Fluid Engineer Cullen Crawford developed the first flareless tube fitting. As he became well known throughout the fitting industry, Mr. Crawford founded Tylok International, Inc., in the late 1950's. Then, in response to the request of the Atomic Energy Commission for a fitting to hold liquid sodium, Mr. Crawford developed and patented Tylok instrumentation fittings. The Tylok design remains the industry's most innovative fitting, with the only four-seal patented design.
Manufactured in Euclid, Ohio, Tylok's unique design eliminates common installation problems and provides unparalleled sealing.
