5-liter Turboemulsifier

Charles Ross and Son Companys Ross and Son Company offers the 5-liter turboemulsifier for laboratory R&D and for low-volume production of pharmaceuticals, bulk pharmaceutical compounds, chemical intermediates, cosmetics, and a variety of personal care products.

The TE3/5 liter unit consists of a counter-rotating anchor with self-adjusting Teflon scrapers and a rotor/stator homogenizing turbine. The unit also includes special features such as vacuum operation to 29½ in. hg and internal pressure to 22 psig. It is CIP and SIP capable and includes a 73 psig jacket for heating and cooling. All type 316L stainless steel surfaces are polished to a pharmaceutical finish. The unit is equipped with a complete control and instrumentation package. Ross turboemulsifiers are available in many standard capacities through 4,000 liters.
