ToxInsight Endocrine Profiler Panel Brochure

The Thermo Scientific ToxInsight Endocrine Profiler Panel offers a proven, flexible, cell based image cytometry approach to the high-throughput pre-screening of endocrine active chemicals in consumer products and the environment. The assay uses human U2OS cells expressing GFP tagged Estrogen or Androgen receptors which when stimulated with an endocrine active chemical, produce receptor foci in the nucleus of the cell. Automated image cytometry quantifies several aspects of the activated receptor foci response which is proportional to the potency of the endocrine active chemical.
