The following describes the operational procedures in order to take a sample inside the reactor
Wilson & Associates, Inc.ng describes the operational procedures in order to take a sample inside the reactor:
1. Set up Dip-Pipe and Open Ball Valve
2. Introduce Dip-Pipe into the Reactor — attach the Security Cable
3. Open the Sampling Capsule with Vacuum Generator (Extracts the Sample)
4. Close the Capsule with Nitrogen Over Pressure
5. Pull back up the Dip-Pipe while simultaneously introducing a Wash Solvent
6. Close the Ball Valve — disconnect the Security Cable
7. Remove the Dip-Pipe — plug the Reactor Sampling Flange Port
8. Unscrew the Sampling Capsule from the Dip-Pipe — screw on the Sampling Capsule Cap for transport to the laboratory
