Hot plate heating type pressure thermoforming mahcine with grip type chain for food containers and blister packs.
Suits for printed sheet and the material which shrinkage is too high to use radiant heater. Main product is food container and blister pack. Especially for OPS lunch-box rid which needs transparency and printed sheet.
Sheet feeding and forming table are AC servo motor driven. Die-clamp and mold changing device facilitate mold changing. Equipped printed sheet positioning device and maintenance alert function.
Recommend trimming device is previous die-punching type which cuts each lines PLS or Steel-rule type PLAS which cuts whole shot sheet.
