Spray Nozzles For Humidification/Dehumidification
Spraying Systems Co. offers a wide range of spray nozzles that humidify without wetting or dehumidify through absorption of surrounding air/gas. Options include fogging nozzles, air atomizing nozzles and fine spray hydraulic nozzles.
AirJet® Fogger spray nozzles produce high quality, cost-efficient dry fog. Often used to prevent drying and reduce static, there are several styles from which to choose. Drop size, capacity, connection size/type and a DripSafe™ feature for positive shut-off are a few of the available options.
J Series Air Atomizing nozzles are also commonly used for humidification. These nozzles can be cycled on and off via a solenoid valve connected to the humidistat and are available in a wide range of capacities, materials and spray patterns.
Fine spray hydraulic atomizing nozzles use the liquid pressure alone to produce very finely atomized drops in a hollow cone pattern. Compressed air is not required. Very small drops are produced and distribution is uniform over a wide range of flow rates and pressures. Many styles are available.
