SPACE GASS for Windows

Designed by experienced structural engineers, SPACE GASS for Windows has an extremely intuitive interface allowing you to become proficient at its use rapidly. The package is also very powerful, incorporating 5 different solvers allowing static (linear and non-linear), dynamic (natural frequency and response spectra) and elastic critical buckling analysis. SPACE GASS incorporates many tools for the quick and easy generation, analysis and design of structures, incorporating features such as a shape builder (for inputting non-standard and built-up sections), wavefront optimizer and DXF translator. A full compliment of graphics tools is also incorporated. The program has the capacity to design or check members (both steel and concrete) for a number of international codes. The design modules are fully integrated allowing the automatic transfer of loads, geometry, fixity conditions, etc. Of course, a fully-detailed output report (or graphics hardcopy) can be generated to formalise input, analysis and/or design.
