Small Media Mill

OPW Engineered Systemsirculation QC-Mill is designed for super fine grinding. The patented small media mill operates with unique centrifugal high circulation mode. The specially designed rotor creates strong centrifugal and shearing forces inside the mill. These forces combined with the fast circulation rate of the slurry result in efficient grinding with sharp particle size distribution.

This mill requires less energy due to the small amount of media required. The design makes it easy to disassemble and clean, when necessary. Additives may be added during operation for convenience and since the mill uses a circulation process, a large batch can be made with minimal costs. The mill can also be operated unmanned for long periods of time.

Available in six different models, the mill ranges in size from the QC50 to the OC450 for batches ranging from 1 gallon to 400 gallons. It is flexible in use and suitable for environments where a low volume of production coupled with a variety of materials is found.
