Sixtube Coupling

The company has made its popular Sixtube coupling even more design-friendly. Acetal shut-off valves have been added to the insert side of the coupling- shut-offs are now available on the body or insert side. The snap-in panel mount insert can now be specified with shut-offs to maintain pressure or stop flow at the panel itself.

The Sixtube provides one easy-to-use quick disconnect for up to six separate fluid lines. With the CPC thumb latch, the coupling can disconnect up to six lines with the push of a button. The Sixtube polypropylene inserts are available for non-valved versions of the Sixtube, providing chemical resistance to acids, caustic solutions and gases. Individually sealed tube connections have EPR o-rings for leak-free reliability in vacuum or pressure to 100 psi. These couplings are sized for 1/16 in. or 1/8 in. I.D. tubing.

The coupling is ideal for semiconductor, analytical instrumentation, packaging, printing, photochemicals, sampling lines, chemical dispensing, and other applications where resistance to caustic fluids is essential.
