Shower and Eye Wash Station

Wilson & Associates, Inc.O-Mix Station offers an all weather high capacity instant tempered water supply for safety shower and eye wash stations using steam and cold water. When the shower or eyewash station is activated, the pressure drop on a diaphragm opens a steam control valve. Water and steam flow are established instantly heating the water and condensing the steam. A water-mixing valve then blends the heated water with cold water to produce an output of 85 degrees F (29 degrees C) water. Additional valves keep the system preheated, freeze protected and scald protected.
