Servomex Xendos 2510 Provides MACT II HCL Measurement Solution

Source: Servomex Company Incorporated
Servomex Company Incorporated - <%=company%> announces that it has the solution for refineries operating FCCU and CCR units who will be subject to the new MACT II regulations for continuous emissions monitoring of HCL.

The Servomex Xendos Model 2510 Gas Filter Correlation Infrared analyzer provides continuous, accurate HCL emissions measurements, as required by the new MACT II regulations. Unlike other measurement methods, the Xendos 2510 measures HCL hot and wet avoiding losses of HCL in the measurement process, and eliminating sampling system and analyzer corrosion.

Servomex Xendos 2510 HCL monitoring systems have operated successfully on hospital waste incinerators, soil remediation units, and municipal waste incinerators.

Lacking USEPA reference method test procedures for HCL, Servomex subjected a Xendos 2510 HCL system operating on a municipal waste incinerator to the reference method performance criteria for a NOx system. The Servomex xendos 2510 HCL system passed performance tests for drift and relative accuracy proving that a certified HCL measurement is now available.

Servomex is a leading supplier of Continuous Emission Monitors (CEMs) and provides both analyzers and complete systems including start-up and certification services.

Servomex is a member of Fairey Group plc, a process technology company specializing in electronic controls, process instrumentation and filtration systems.
