The new PC500-LV is the most advanced Surface Tension analysis tool on the market
The new PC500-LV is the most advanced Surface Tension analysis tool on the market for laboratory and in-process settings.

The PC500-LV combines a patented Multiple Probe, Maximum Differential Bubble Pressure Method with full automation and a new patent pending viscosity compensating design, allowing the user to test fluids that were previously unmeasurable due to viscosity effects.

The instrument features of the PC500-LV include automatic surface age measurement and the ability to make measurements under pressure up to 225 psi, making this instrument ideal for polymer manufacturers, as well as for aerosols and liquefied gases.

Like all SensaDyne Models, the PC500-LV fully meets ASTM Standard D3825-90, and is completely independent of depth of immersion and change in ambient pressure, and unaffected by foaming and surface contamination.

FEATURES:

  • Computer Controlled Flow Rate: Max: 40+Bubbles/Second, Min: 1 Bubble/2 Min.
  • Automatic Calibration for Surface Tension and Temperature.
  • Independent Large and Small Orifice Flow Controllers.
  • Automatic Active Surfactant Diffusion Rate (Surface Age) Determination.
  • Comprehensive, Optional Process Control Package.
Optional Stainless Steel Fittings, Components, and Teflon Tubing.
  • Advanced Software Peak-Detection; Accuracy within +/- 0.1 Dynes/Cm.
  • Independent of Probe Depth of Immersion.
  • Unaffected by Foaming or Surface Contamination.
  • Pressure Testing Capability to 225 psi.
  • Automatic Viscosity Compensated Design.
  • Capable of Measuring Most Highly Viscous Fluids.
