Right Angle Valve

The right angled valve is used in product control loops in beverage technology, food industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industry. The valve body is free from dead edges, self-draining, easy to be cleaned and made from stainless steel barstock material 1.4571 or 1.4435. The manufacturing procedure avoids inclusions or porosities as they happen to occur in forgings or castings.

The valve normally is welded to the pipe, however other end connections can be provided too (for example Tri-Clamp). For mounting and maintenance valve and actuator can be separated from each other without tools.

Optimal adaptation to the process conditions is eased by various flow characteristics and flow coefficients (K^vs-values).

The inner parts of the valve can be designed differently in order to meet the hygienic requirements of the fluid.

The valve actuator is supplied with an integrated positioner and therefore quite compact. The positioners are available either in analog or digital technology.

A special version compromises both actuator and positioner casing made from stainless steel.
