Bindicatoricator has introduced a new RF level control assembly configuration to handle difficult process applications. The control configuration consists of a Hastelloy C process connection and a standard or heavy duty probe jacketed with Teflon. This combination assures that the sensing unit will resist harsh chemicals, even while exposed to high-temperature applications. The configuration is available on all two-wire controls, manual two-step calibration models and RF series sensors with on-the-cover calibration and alarm LEDs.
Other Bindicator RF features include patented Test-In-Place and EZ-CAL calibration which allow testing and fast, one-step calibration of the RF level control without removing the cover while being installed in the vessel. The controls are the only RF units available that can be safely tested without removing the cover in both place and hazardous environments. The control's PRO-GUARDO section of the probe prevents false indications by canceling out the effects of material coating on the probe. The control will alarm only when the actual material bulk (dry or liquid) contacts the probe.
