Regenerative Turbine Vane Pump
This close-coupled, magnetically driven, sealless pump features a turbine vane impeller and rare earth Neodymium magnets for synchronous drive with no slippage and less internal heat than other mag-drive pumps. The close-couple design saves space, eliminates alignment problems, and reduces installation costs. The high-efficiency pump requires low horsepower and provides quality pump hydraulics and very low flow rates.
The pump is capable of handling a wide range of applications within a variety of industries including chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, refinery, pulp & paper, textile, and power generation.
Additional features include:
- Excellent vapor handling capability
- Steep head curve for system pressure swings with minimal change in flow
- NPT threaded pipe connections or 150# RF flanges
- Flows to 18 gpm
- Maximum 340 feet TDH
- Pressures to 150 psig
- Speeds of 1800 and 3600 rpm
