Raychem HTS acquires Tracer Industries, Inc.

Raychem HTS, an operating unit of Tyco Flow Control, announces its acquisition of Tracer Industries, Inc. Tracer Industries is headquartered in Houston, Texas, with substantial operations in Alberta, Canada. A leading heat-tracing service provider, Tracer Industries' services range from engineering and procurement through construction and maintenance. Tracer Industries will operate as a division of Raychem HTS and join its growing family of heat-tracing companies. Raychem HTS a leading manufacturer of electrical heat-tracing system. The acquisition of Tracer Industries now makes the combined companies a worldwide provider of heat-tracing design, manufacture, installation and maintenance solutions.
