Pump Monitoring System

N/Aew is a comprehensive analysis and monitoring system. This system is designed to provide critical operating condition information in real time. Utilizing a display format, this system monitors both front and rear rotor to stator clearance conditions. It also monitors the axial position of the rotor, indicates the actual rotor thrust direction, and detects the presence of vapor formation on the bearings indicating the onset of dry running, cavitation and other detrimental operating conditions. This system indicates the proper direction of rotation.
