A heavy duty all-digital instrument for measuring in-line the liquid concentration of a wide range of chemicals and other liquid phase mediums.
K-Patents Process Refractometer determines the Refractive Index of the process solution by measuring the critical angle of refraction, which changes with concentration. The critical angle is measured by a CCD-scanner in a rugged steel probe.
By this method the colour of the solution, gas bubbles or undissolved particles do not affect the measurement result.
Due to the K-Patents all-digital principle the calibration will not change with time: once the Sensor is calibrated to a desired range, there is no need for corrections of the calibration.
