Our engineers and designers have solid experience in these areas and have executed projects ranging from conceptual studies through detailed design, construction, and startup. Belcan offers three dimensional electronic modeling capability using 3D Station which employs LASER technology to pinpoint field dimensions and locations of installed systems to within +/- 1/2-inch accuracy. This field data is used to develop an accurate three dimensional electronic model. This tool is valuable for use on retrofit and replication projects.

Belcan offers full electronic drafting capability using AutoCad (through version 14) with Rebis or SoftDesk and Microstation 95. Rebis software is available for developing "smart" P&ID's. This tool creates a database of instrumentation, electrical, piping system, and insulation schedules automatically from information that is input to the P&ID's. This capability saves time and reduces errors going to the field.
