The SMS Series pressure transducers feature a seal welded cavity and housing manufactured from Inconel, making it suitable for corrosive applications. According to the supplier, the transducers deliver reliable, stable performance even under extreme conditions. The microprocessor-controlled transducers can also be re-adjusted or calibrated via notebook PC and the company's software, providing the user with optimum flexibility in the field.
With high absolute accuracy of ±1.5% including temperature errors, the transducers handle electrical input voltage of 115 VAC, provide output signals of 0-5V, and is available in pressure ranges from 0–50 psig to 0–3500 psig. They are designed to withstand shock and vibration, providing the user with stability and durability in harsh environments such as oxygen service, chemical and petro-chemical processes, and industrial corrosive service.
