Excessive nitrogen sparging is eliminated along with the associated environmental waste, and the process is simplified by avoiding the use of two (2) or more Wiped Film Evaporators (WFE). The Evaporator/Stripper enables higher purity final products, decreases post reaction stripping time, expands reactor efficiency, and improves the overall manufacturing process.
