Portable Nitrogen Generator

These High-Pressure Portable Nitrogen Generators are completely self-contained, totally portable, stand-alone gaseous nitrogen generating plants for use in oil/gas well drilling, completion and workover operations. Fully equipped with a compressor for feed air and a diesel engine for power, these units can be used on-site, anywhere, in any climate from tropical to arctic.

Nitrogen can be generated at high pressures of up to 7,000 psig (48,265 kPa or 476 barg) or greater, with low oxygen levels. Nitrogen purity can be in the 93-95% range, or as high as 99.9%, as needed.

These systems are available as single skid-mounted units measuring about 34 ft. (10.3 m) in length for applications requiring flows to 750 scfm (19.5 Nm3/min.), or as containerized systems for higher flows to 7000 scfm (183 Nm3/min.) or greater.
