Vacuum coaters are used to put high levels of fat into aquatic and pet feed. We developed a package specifically for adding herring oil, tallow, or powders to pellets consisting of our AJSP rotors (U.S. patent allowed) working in a vessel designed for 15 psi external pressure (1.2 bar), a vacuum pump, receiver, all necessary valves, piping, machine mounts controls and a control system for the work module (feeder, pumps, etc.) The mixer is on load cells with the oil tank(s) attached so the ingredient are accurately weight in.
This package is complete, set up and shop tested before shipping. Field start-up and training by a mechanical and electronic person is included.
The package can be customized easily to meet your exact needs and also works for atmospheric coating. Micro powder and additional liquid tanks are available.
