Alpha Omega Instruments Corp.1000 Oxygen Monitor is a continuous measuring ambient oxygen monitor. Used primarily to help ensure the quality of breathing air, it is also a suitable choice for confined space applications such as those found in environmental chambers and glove boxes. The monitor is a microprocessor-controlled instrument with a measuring range of 0-30%. Oxygen values are displayed on a 4-1/2 digit liquid crystal display. It is powered from 110/230 VAC, 50-60 Hz, or 18-32 VDC, with battery backup available. In its standard configuration, the oxygen sensor is mounted, together with the electronics, in a polycarbonate enclosure suitable for wall mounting. As an option, the sensor may be mounted up to 4,000 feet from the electronics.
The monitor comes equipped with three oxygen relays and one status alarm relay. All four relays are Form C (SPDT) rated at 10 amps. In addition to the relays, it also features both audible and visual alarm indicators. Two analog outputs, 0-2 VDC and 4-20 mADC, are also part of the standard features.
