OPUS 3.0 Software for Windows
OPUS offers an extensive set of spectral processing routines such as the spectrum calculator, absorbance-to-transmission conversion, automatic baseline correction, peak picking and many more. All the functions are set-up such that multiple spectra can be manipulated at the same time. Drag & drop handling of spectral data and a variety of interactive functions make OPUS extremely easy-to-use. Interactive spectra manipulation and evaluation functions, such as peak pick, baseline correction, integration and spectral subtraction for semi-quantitative work are also part of the standard package. OPUS provides spectral processing routines that meet the demands of analytical and research laboratories as well as process control.
OPUS/SEARCH is a package for identifying unknown compounds by searching against a database of known spectra. In addition to spectrum searches users can also search for chemical structures, information or individual peaks. OPUS/SEARCH can work with commercial libraries from many different sources. The built-in library editor allows users to create and maintain their own libraries. The package also includes a structure editor, which can be used to draw, display and plot chemical structures and structure queries.
For fast and easy plotting, the QuickPrint feature will print the content of any active OPUS window with a single mouse click. The WYSIWYG interface within the plot layout editor allows the user to configure customized plot configurations. Frames can contain spectra, 3D-views, reports, tables, chemical structures, bitmaps and text files. Plot layouts can be saved and reloaded, and plotting can be started directly from the layout screen or from the print preview.
