The company's HFA 65 is a steam-sterilizable clarifier with extremely high G-force- up to 17,000 g's. This versatile centrifuge is suitable for three-stage co-current washing and separation of inclusion bodies. Features include:
- closed feed and discharge, and a gentle hydrohermetic feed system, which helps to minimize particle shearing
- CIP at full operating speed
- discharge of the clarified liquid and concentrate under pressure, by means of centripetal pumps
- double walled-design aides in noise insulation and cooling; a gas-tight design is available
- patented VISCON nozzles for solids concentration regulation with varying feeds solids rates.
