New Vacuum Gauge Brochure

N/Auum Products Group of MKS Instruments, Inc.,<%=company%> has published a revised and expanded brochure for the HPS Cold Cathode Gauges that measure vacuum pressure from medium to ultrahigh vacuum. The six-page brochure covers applications, specifications, operating principles, dimensions and pricing. The brochure features the HPS Series 943 Digital Controller, the Series 941 Analog Controller, the Series 421 Cold Cathode Sensor and the Series 423 I-Mag Cold Cathode Sensor. Both Controllers will operate either sensor.

HPS Cold Cathode Controllers include two setpoints with LED and analog output. The HPS Series 943 has a measurement range of 10² to 10¹⁰ Torr. The 943 controller includes LED digital readout and high voltage protection. The Series 941 has a measurement range of 10² to 10⁹ Torr and an analog display. HPS cold cathode is an inverted magnetron sensor and the design includes an isolated collector, making the sensor less susceptible to contamination and allowing a wider range of pressure measurement, also giving it a high operating temperature. The Series 423 I-Magg cold cathode provides a smaller, lower cost alternative. The Vacuum Products Group of MKS manufactures HPS vacuum components and valves with ISO-KF, ISO-Universal, CF and ButtWeld fittings. The HPS gauge line includes standard and convection Pirani gauges and hot and cold cathode ionization gauges.
