New Off-List Prices Announced For VERSENE Chelating Agents

Midland, MI - Effective July 1, 2007, or as contracts allow, The Dow Chemical Company will increase the North American off-list prices for all VERSENE Chelating Agents by US $0.05/lb. on all grades and forms of the following products:

  • VERSENE 100 Chelating Agents
  • VERSENE 100 XL Chelating Agents
  • VERSENE 100 LN Chelating Agents
  • VERSENEX 80 Chelating Agents
  • VERSENOL 120 Chelating Agents
  • VERSENE DIAMMONIUM EDTA Chelating Agents
  • VERSENE TETRAAMMONIUM EDTA Chelating Agents

Effective immediately maximum monthly purchases may be held to 100% of year-to-date monthly averages or to contract quantities, whichever is less. These price actions are necessary to restore margins to acceptable levels and continue meeting product supply requirements.
