NEVILLE CHEMICAL COMPANY FINALIZES DEAL WITH NEVCIN POLYMERS, B.V.

PITTSBURGH, April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Neville Chemical signed the final papers today, making Nevcin Polymers, B.V. a 100 percent-owned subsidiary of the Company. Nevcin Polymers is located in Uithoorn, Netherlands. For 39 years, Nevcin Polymers had been a 50/50 joint venture with Neville Chemical Company and Cindu International, through one of Cindu's affiliated companies.

Nevcin Polymers joins the Neville Chemical Company, whose main manufacturing facility and corporate offices are located on Neville Island, six miles west of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In addition, Neville operates a second manufacturing facility in Anaheim, California. Neville Chemical Company has been manufacturing hydrocarbon resins, which enhance the performance characteristics for printing inks, adhesives, coatings and rubber goods, for over 70 years.
