MyPro Conductivity System
The MyPro CLM 431, two-wire conductivity transmitter provides extremely accurate, reliable measurement of chemical concentration and absolute conductivity inline under challenging chemical and petrochemical process conditions.
Conductivity concentration curves for five common chemicals are permanently stored in the MyPro transmitter. In addition, users may load custom conductivity curves into the system's electronics. A sophisticated, self-diagnostic Sensor Check System (SCS) detects potential sensor problems such as fractures, short circuits, and moisture penetration – ensuring operational reliability. Automatic polarization detection and compensation extends the measurement range and further enhances measurement accuracy. Automated, cyclic demagnetization and self-adjustment provide steady, reliable measurement values. MyPro's conductivity measurement can be switched between conductivity, resistance, or concentration. The MyPro CLM 431 supports "user friendly" wet or dry calibration functions and can be configured through local push buttons, HART handheld, or via Commuwin II software available from Endress+Hauser. MyPro is FM approved, Intrinsically Safe (IS), Class I, Division 1, and Non-Incendive (NI), Class I, Division 2, Groups A-G.
