MF Series Thermal Mass Flow Controllers and Meters

N/AMF series of thermal mass flow controllers and meters, which feature NEMA 4X, IP65 watertight construction, has been tested for hostile and corrosive environments with a 200-hr salt/fog corrosion test. The product line has also proven to be watertight in hose wash down tests. The series is a totally new design and not an add-on to an existing controller or meter. N/Aconstruction of the thermal mass flow controllers and meters was specifically designed for the industrial environment. They are suited for the biotechnology, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing industries. These new controllers and meters offer high accuracy measurement and control of industrial gases with the added integrity of NEMA 4X and IP65 packaging. They also offer ease of installation, wiring, and servicing. N/Aheart of the meter and controller is the removable flow sensor that produces an electrical output signal linear with mass flow rate. This output can be used for indicating, recording, and control purposes. The mass flow controller has an integral valve and accepts a remote set point that makes it simple and easy to install in a flow control system.
