Innovative Technologies and Services on Display at INFORMEX in San Francisco
Murray Hill, NJ - Linde Gas and BOC Gases, which recently combined to form The Linde Group, one of the world's leading engineering and industrial gases companies, now offer the fine, custom and specialty chemical manufacturing industries a single source for more than 200 years of world-class process knowledge and engineering expertise.
Pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, electronics, plastics, paints, and adhesives manufacturers can visit the U.S. affiliates of The Linde Group at the InformexUSA Conference in San Francisco, California's Moscone Center West, from February 13-16, 2007, booth # 946, to learn about the company's engineering and cryogenic gas delivery equipment and supply capabilities.
In the U.S. these capabilities include a full line of pharmaceutical grade gases and innovative process cooling technologies and two new, 700-ton-per-day oxygen and nitrogen plants that will begin operating later this year. They are located in Cartersville, Georgia, one hour northwest of Atlanta, and in Rock River, Wisconsin, some 75 miles southwest of Milwaukee. The company also will display the compact CUMULUS Fluid Temperature Control (FTC) unit, which provides fast and accurate cooling of process fluids down to -120oC.
"This combination provides fine, custom and specialty chemical processors with an unparalleled source for solutions that address the processors' range of needs, from increasing throughput and product flexibility to reducing waste and lowering operating costs," said Earl Lawson, head of commercial development in North America.
"Our expertise in serving the fine, custom and specialty chemical manufacturing industries enables chemical processors to concentrate on their core business – getting new products to market faster. As the world's leading engineering and industrial gases company, we are fully committed to working with our customers to achieve these goals," Lawson said.
