Lancaster KT Transporter & Bulk Bag Unloader

Kercher has developed a unique and very economical bulk bag unloading station and pneumatic conveying system. This system can be used to automatically unload a bulk bag and transport the material to a work station, day bin or other storage or transport container.

The small semi-dense phase transporter is a very simple unit using only one moving part and requiring low volume of compressed shop air to move material through standard 2" pipes. The units are available in 3 ton per hour maximum capacity. They can be placed under bulk bags, bag breakers, silos, dust collectors, scrap pits, etc.
