LabView for Windows 2000

LabVIEW Version 5.1.1, a free upgrade from LabVIEW 5.1, is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system and includes data acquisition (DAQ), instrument control, and image acquisition drivers for Windows 2000. The software delivers backward compatibility with the Microsoft Windows 98, Windows 95, and Windows NT 4.0 operating systems. Therefore, with Version 5.1.1, engineers and scientists can choose when they want to upgrade their operating system, knowing that their measurement and automation investment is safe. New LabVIEW users will receive the Windows 2000 compatible version. Built on NT Technology, Microsoft Windows 2000 is designed for greater reliability and lower cost because it simplifies system management. Windows 2000 also adds Plug and Play support and better performance than previous versions of Windows.
