Union Process, Inc.he 1-SDG series are designed to be versatile, reliable, rugged laboratory-size attritors that meet virtually all lab grinding and dispersing needs including wet or dry, continuous or batch. They are engineered for easy and precise scale-up to production-size equipment with reproducible results, and are also suited for small production or pilot plant applications. Tank capacity is either 1.5 or 2.5 gallons while working capacity ranges from 0.4 to 0.9 gallons. The systems are equipped with a variable speed drive motor and tachometer.
