The company's laboratory roll crusher LRC 250 is used for the same products as the roll crushers of the 251 and 252 series.
The company's laboratory roll crusher LRC 250 is used for the same products as the roll crushers of the 251 and 252 series. Since rolls of identical diameter are used (250 mm), the results achieved with the laboratory roll crusher can be readily transferred to production roll crushers. Two or more roll pairs can be readily simulated through repeated product passages at different machine settings. The crushing process in the roll gap between the corrugated or smooth rolls can be clearly observed during operation, and the behavior of the product on the rolls can be monitored.
The crushed product is collected in a stainless steel bin, although conveying elements can also be attached.
