Kenyon Appointed VP Of Supply Chain Management For Sterling Chemicals

Sterling Chemicals has announced that Gene Kenyon will become the Company's vice president for Supply Chain Management, effective December 1, 1998. Kenyon most recently served as president of Shell Chemical Risk Management Co., a start-up venture to provide price risk management services to the petrochemical industry.

As an employee of the Shell Chemical Co. for the past 29 years, Kenyon held a number of positions including: chemical planning manager; business manager for Cumene, Phenol, Bisphenol and Epichlorhydrin; and manager of re-engineering of customer market management. A native of Brooklyn, NY, Kenyon graduated from City College of New York with a degree in economics and finance.
