Icon Series Operator Consoles

The Honeywell Icon Series―modular is ergonomically designed operator consoles that combine futuristic form with advanced function. Available in both dual and quad console models, the Honeywell Icon Series features an advanced architectural design. This design achieves both ease-of-use and comfort to promote optimal operator and engineering productivity.

Compatible with Honeywell process control systems, including the PlantScape® system and the TotalPlant® Solution (TPS) system, the Honeywell Icon Series delivers features and benefits that support the ideal process control environment:  Modular, flexible design allows adjustment of keyboard height and screen angle, reducing operator fatigue and increasing operator accuracy  Flat-panel display technology reduces glare and extends product life compared with traditional CRTs  Expanded display area in a smaller footprint reduces costs while minimizing floor space  Built-in quadruple displays, sound system, keyboard, and disk drive storage as well as swappable input module for left- or right-handed operators provide added convenience  An optional programmable soft keyboard (flat-panel display with user-created multiple-keyboard functionality) expands the scope and precision of control by providing a unique context for every process control situation.

The Honeywell Icon Series' distinctive furniture topology maximizes use of control room floor space by allowing consoles to be sectioned in a straight furniture layout or in a circular layout using curved complexing wedges. The console was specifically designed to accommodate customization according to customer requirements.
