Stainless steel Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) for the food industry. Rent state-of-the-art reusable containers from 200 liter (53 gallon) to 1600 liter (422 gallon) capacity in 304 and 316 stainless steel. Rental periods range from 3 months to 8 years. Standard and custom-designed features on the stainless steel tanks are adaptable to meet a variety of customer demands.
The 800 liter (211 gallon) IBCs, our most popular size for fruit puree, flavors, fragrances, and beverage concentrates, feature the following:
- Working pressure 1 bar – test pressure 2 bar
- Round legs for easy cleaning and a stable footprint
- Bumper ring on top and bottom of container for protection of container body
- Easy full discharge through the utilization of top filled pressure
- Stackable 3 high full, 4 high empty
- Fork lift channels and 4-way access
- Manway with 6 bolts, brass nuts
- Bottom drain 2 1/2" butterfly valve
- 120° bottom discharge cone
- Heating, insulation, and jacket options
Chemical containers are also available from 4 to 160 bars of pressure in sizes 450 liters to 12,000 liters.
