Actio Regulator Delivers Automated EPA Sara Tier 1 And Tier 2 Reporting Capability
For MSDS Vault subscribers, Actio Regulator automatically designates SARA Tier I and Tier II reporting requirements. The determination is based on a comparison of chemicals and chemical constituents used within a facility. Once reportable chemicals are identified, Actio Regulator automatically generates the appropriate regulatory reports.
According to President and Founder Russ McCann, "with the addition of Actio Regulator we now offer the most full featured, comprehensive, web based MSDS Management and Reporting capability available on the market today. Actio Regulator automatically delivers successful and accurate reporting capabilities to our MSDS Vault subscribers".
Actio Regulator includes an inventory management system that can be used to track chemical quantities, locations, container types and other pertinent EHS data. The Regulator automatically compares existing inventories to the RQ (reportable quantities) or TPQ (threshold reportable quantities) as required by EPA regulations and generates a TIER I or TIER II report.
