H&R Industries was established in 1963. The company grew out of the car washing business. It soon became apparent that using and being able to repair high-pressure pumps could expand the business. This led to building pumping systems. Because high-pressure pumps lend themselves to a wide variety of applications, it was soon discovered that the oil patch in Michigan had a great need for such pumps. This grew until about 1985 when the petro-chemical industry in Michigan came close to disappearing. It was at that time we started putting our efforts into the industrial market. We work with users and well as OEM's.

We consider ourselves problem solvers. We have a wide knowledge of high-pressure applications. We also represent many different pump manufacturers that allow us to offer you the best one for your application. We have designed and built units from fractional to hundreds of horsepower in electric, gasoline and diesel engines.

We have served a wide variety of customers. They range from small shops in need of a special pressure washer to Fortune 500 companies. Some of those served are: General Motors, Ford, Bosch, Delphi, Rochester Products, Diesel Technology, Steelcase, Allied Signal, AutoCam, Naval Facilities Engineering Center, and US Filter/JWI.

Our growth in the last several years has been in high-pressure coolant systems for the machine tool industry.

We pride ourselves in giving you the most for your dollar spent.
