The company offers a new version of its Allen-Bradley PanelBuilder software, designed to maximize the productivity of the HMI control developer.

Designed to operate on Microsoft Windows NT or Windows 95/98, Allen-Bradley PanelBuilder32 software is a new configuration tool for the entire family of PanelView standard terminals- PanelView 550, 600, 900, 1000 and 1400. PanelView HMI terminals feature an integrated operating system and built-in communications for all of the company's Allen-Bradley controllers and networks.

PanelBuilder32 features a user-friendly configurable development environment, including floating/docked windows, new help tools, specific toolbar and workbook mode options that help simplify system design and improve startup times.

During application development with PanelBuilder32, new warning filters allow operators to selectively shut off validation warnings, and if an application error is introduced, a problem navigator immediately directs the developer to the problem from the validation screen. These two features can help improve development time.

The software is also compatible with the programming and configuration packages for other company products, including RSNetworx, RSLinx and RSLogix.
