Heater Jackets

N/Aented Series 45 Heater Jackets heat the semiconductor and other process systems, keeping contaminates from building up and lowering system maintenance time. The heater jacket's molded design assures proper fit on piping and components as well as easy installation. The cleanroom-compatible jackets are made from materials that heat the piping on the inside, but the outside of the jacket is warm to the touch. Snap-on flange insulators keep the flanges hot, eliminating cold spots where contaminates can sublimate. A series of safe guards are built in. A low temperature alert LTA allows for ease of monitoring the correct operation of the heaters.

With the built-in thermostat, no external controller is required. A thermal fuse is standard in all heaters, limiting the high temperature of the jackets. The jackets are CE marked to the EMC directive and to the low voltage directive. System temperature is elevated to a level that keeps process by-products in a gaseous form. On systems where the by-products can sublimate on cool surfaces, it is essential to production that gases stay effluent. When these gases solidify they build-up, reducing conductance, and they flake off, damaging products.
