Originally founded in 1961 manufacturing janitorial and institutional products, Guardian Chemicals Inc. was formerly established in 1968 to market specialty chemicals for the Industrial market. As a Canadian owned and operated company, Guardian has always taken pride in providing quality products worldwide.

Guardian believes Quality is best defined in terms of People, Products and Service. Our commitment to quality was demonstrated when we became the first ever Specialty Chemical Company to qualify for the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Quality Control Certification under specifications Z.299.4-1979. Also the ISO 9002 program has been successfully implemented and certification is expected in the spring of 2000.

For Guardian, quality is an ongoing process and we owe our success to resolving problems and providing meaningful service based on our customer' needs. Our mission is to continually improve our products and service and to have our name represent quality to our vendors, our customers and ourselves.

Guardian Chemicals Inc. is located in the Sturgeon Industrial Park at Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.Our facilities include a fully staffed manufacturing facility, laboratory, administration and sales office.

Guardian's manufacturing facility produces each product, packages and prepares it for shipping. We are capable of manufacturing product on demand and our normal turn around time from the order placed to ship out the door is less than three days. Our facility has the capacity to house raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet our customers' demands.
