Our Product Line

  • Millennium Dyeing System
An optimized approach to dyeing which removes the bottlenecks that limit dyehouse performance. The system automates and integrates each process including weighing, mixing, dispensing, filling, heating, bleaching, dyeing, and washing.

  • Piece Dyeing Machines
Gaston County developed the industry's first jet dyeing machine in 1961. And our continuing reputation for innovative design is primarily responsible for the widespread acceptance of Gaston County's current family of jet piece dyeing machines. Our Cloth Beam Dyeing Machines are designed for fabrics that may acquire wrinkles and rope marks or lose width when dyed in rope form.

  • Yarn Package and Beam Dyeing and Drying Systems
